Salmon Patties with Creamy “Sweet Heat” Strawberry Salsa Topping

Ingredients

• Your favorite salmon patty recipe (prepared separately)
• ½ cup whipping cream
• ½ cup sour cream
• ¼ cup “Sweet Heat” Strawberry Salsa
• Salt to taste
• Sliced green onion and chopped cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare and cook your favorite salmon patties.
2. For the topping: whip the cream in a mixer to form soft peaks.
3. Fold in the sour cream and “Sweet Heat” Strawberry Salsa. Season with salt to taste.
4. Top each salmon patty with the cream mixture and sprinkle with chopped green onion and cilantro.
